How to Request Data Deletion
To initiate a data deletion request, please send an email to privacy@aventsoft.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include the following details:
Your full name
Email address associated with your data
Purpose or service for which your data was provided
Any relevant reference ID or user identifier (if available)
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request, we will:
Acknowledge receipt of your request within 2 business days.
Verify your identity to ensure data protection and privacy.
Process the deletion of your data from our systems within 7 working days.
Notify you via email once the process is completed.

Data deletion requests are subject to verification for security purposes.
In some cases, we may retain limited data to fulfill legal or regulatory obligations.
If your data is stored or processed via third-party services on your behalf (e.g., in a project or campaign), we will coordinate the deletion with those services accordingly.
