If you choose to avail our service, here are some terms and conditions that you must adhere to –

• Once design content is approved by you, no further changes will be made except on additional payment, as this will entail additional time & effort.
• Delay in response/inputs from you may lead to delays/hampering of work. We strive to provide efficient service, and your prompt communication is crucial to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Non-performance by Aventsoft hereunder, other than an obligation to pay money, shall be excused to the extent that performance is rendered impossible by strike, fire, flood, governmental acts, orders or restrictions, acts of God, or any other reason to the extent that the failure to perform is beyond the control of Aventsoft.

Exclusions

You are responsible for providing all relevant information, credentials, and materials required for the project, including but not limited to:

• Relevant information for Digital Marketing
• Credentials for all gateways (Payment, SMS, Email)
• Relevant information & photographs
• Credentials for accounts required to start and manage digital marketing campaigns
• Additionally, any charges/expenses incurred on behalf of the client for purposes such as Facebook Boosting, Instagram Promotion, PPC, Google Ads, etc., are exclusive of our service charges.

Indemnity

By availing our service, you hereby expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aventsoft’s owners, its principals, officers, employees, and contractors against all suits, actions, claims, demands, or costs of any kind to which they may be subject arising or resulting at any time or place from anything done or omitted to be done by Aventsoft in connection with this project.

Lawful Purpose

You agree to use Aventsoft’s services only for lawful purposes. Transmission of any material in violation of any National, State, or Local Regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, pornographic, profane, or material protected by trade secrets. This also includes links or any connection to such materials.
